Frustrated With Ranked

Climbing up the elo ladder, problems in a nutshell.

It's hard to climb up when I get stuck with a super-feeder every other game. I know that if I deserve silver, I will make it there eventually. But still, i'm just suffering because every other game I get either someone going 0-15 (accurate fake score) and throwing, or an afk/abandoner that threw. It's just hard to climb the elo ladder when people are throwing.

Not saying that I never do, but I almost never do. I just can't understand how someone can make the same mistake twenty times and not learn from it.
