Idea for Zoe's E
So everyone has been up in arms about Zoe's current state, and while I definitely agree with most of the things being said, I don't actually think she is broken overall. However, the problem I see lies in her E, Sleepy Trouble Bubble, which is far too overloaded. Here are the current stats:
Zoe kicks a ball that detonates on the first enemy hit, dealing magic damage and making the target Drowsy. After a brief delay, the Drowsy target falls asleep for 2 seconds. Sleeping targets take bonus true damage equal to the post-mitigation damage they take from the next attack or ability to hit them, up to a cap of Sleepy Trouble Bubble's damage, but are awoken early upon taking damage. The ball can only move a through terrain once, and will fall short if it would enter terrain a second time. The ball can only move a total of 800 units outside of terrain, but can move any amount of distance while travelling inside of terrain. If the ball does not hit an enemy, it lingers on the ground as a trap for 4 seconds, which primes after a brief delay. Putting an enemy champion asleep refunds some of Sleepy Trouble Bubble's cooldown.
MAGIC DAMAGE: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 40% AP) COOLDOWN REDUCTION: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30%
Here are some ideas to fix this ability to be more fair:
-Change the bonus true damage to magic damage -If the ability misses, create a zone (possibly that slows enemies) for 3 seconds, at the end of which the first target in the zone will be made Drowsy and then fall asleep. -Lower the cooldown to 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 seconds and remove the cooldown reduction if an enemy champion is put to sleep.
I think these changes would make Zoe more fair to play against and not reward her so much for missing her E.
