Rework Appreciation Post

Hey guys this is pretty much my first board post so go easy on me...

I know Riot can't possibly please everyone with their champion releases and reworks, but I think they get too much undeserved hate. Some people just have an existential need to dislike everything they do, but I want to thank the lads at Rito. The recent reworks have been AMAZING, and have given me a desire to play the new champions. Before, I would NEVER have even considered wasting my IP on Galio, but I bought him after the rework and love him. I feel this way to an even larger extend with the Urgot rework; his new playstyle is captivating and I will definitely purchase him as soon as he becomes available.

The recent champion releases have also been spot-on. There was a period of time when I thought Riot was trying too hard to create unique champions, but they have struck a perfect chord in this area and I cannot wait for what the future has in store. Kayn specifically looks absolutely amazing, and I love the new take on champion transformations. The fact that I am a mid laner who enjoys assassins (I'm a Zed main) makes this even better.

Back to the Urgot rework, I have one final question: As a Zed main, I know Urgot was a HARD counter to him mid and top...how do you feel about this matchup in light of the rework? I think it will be easier to dodge his damage through his passive, but Urgot now was many more ways to fuck Zed after he ults. Imagine ulting as Zed only to get slowed, locked onto, knocked up, fucked by knee dildos, locked onto again, fucked by cannons, then mega-fucked by a chain arm thing pulling you into a meat grinder (which is amazing by the way, I'm getting a semi just thinking about the new ult).
