New in game dynamic/team build system

So, I played today my first game with the new feature that has been implemented into Normal games. Unfortunately, I dont believe/hope that the new system is working as intended.

The reason I mention this is due to how unbalance the teams were. http://i.imgur.com/9flCPg2.jpg?1 Also this didnt by all means prevent trolling, since 2 adc went bot, competed for cs and neither bought any support items ( sightsone + gp5)

I though this would fix having to play against unbalance teams and trolls

As far as normals go that's pretty balanced. I routinely see plats matched with and against bronze.

I think it has to due with premades. Riot tries to match the teams based on MMR. Your MMR could be low out of ranked, or that gold 2 could be matched with that bronze 5.
