Chat Restrictions

I would like to thank Rito for implementing this new method. The old method was flawed as they saw and only amounted to stacking of chat restriction. I also believe that many abuse the negative attitude report feature. For example when I tell my mid or top laner to stop feeding and play more passively when they are 0/4/0 with 10min. They then blame it on me bc I caused them to tilt since I brought it to everyone's attention. Specially when they are duos in rank or 4 man premade. Another example, I didnt know I was in a normal 4man premade. For no reason my jungler decides to tower dive fiora under turret w/o any minions. I said: " that was a r%%%%%ed move and why he did that. His responce was that I am Ekko and thats what i do. ( level 4 ekko w/o flash). The premade then report me for for toxic and spam all chat saying how toxic I am. I didnt say a since insult. But trolls and feeders are getting away with murder in this game. You really cant say anything to them. Just the simple sentence can you please stop feeding and play more passively already merits a report in their eyes. Players should get ban for this kind of behavior
