I feel as if Sona is already easy enough, landing her ult and knowing her range are the only complicated things on her rn

nah, she already basically plays herself just mouseover Q if you need to see the range more clearly

I would be on board for something like holding Q brings up the range and releasing actually casts (like almost every other quick cast ability in the game) but not an ever present ring like RFC.
