Honor level

I've been honor 3 for months now, and I'm wondering why I haven't reached honor 4. I get honor consistently, but I don't seem to have any luck. Is it just by chance? Because I logged in to find myself honor 3. And no, I have not been ban on my account, or received chat restrictions in the past, so I'm confused.

Everyone's going to reset to honor level 3 at the start of the season anyway, so I wouldn't worry about it this month.
