Funneling in 3v3

Funnel jungle in 3s needs a bigger nerf, its still way to overpowered and way to easy to play mostly vs none funnel comps. Since jungle camps are way closer to lane it takes less time to do camps and still out push enemy top laner. Still easy to harass enemy top and jungle because the carry is up in levels and gold. The solution should be when ahead in cs and level the xp should be cut in half who ever has smite on the team.
