Nerf Garen, I can’t play the Game cuz I’m Silenced

Before this nonsense rework Garen was a normal champion, tank, and was able to deal decent amounts of Damage, now he is no longer like that, he is a complete Juggernaut. And you don’t have window for counterplay him cuz his silence is the same amount of time that he needs for kill you, you CANT stop him because he gets the highest amount of Tenacity in the game, please nerf NOW. Is not funny losing even 3 v 1 just pressing E and then R
