Phantom Disconnection

Today I decided to play my promotion to gold and then I lost it but in certain games something happened that already stops the high that happens so often and is that the game does not load or perform any action during the loading screen and when I enter in game it appears that 3 minutes have already elapsed or if my team shoots remake because I missed, this added to that at one point I had 3 consecutive remakes, one for me and another 2 for the lack of a member of my team, it may only have been a coincidence but I may also pass it on to other players, I do not want my promotion back because I lost it cleanly by my hand but if I ask for the 15 LP of the last one because this has happened several times and It isn't for intentional cause. I'm not looking for an excuse either, but in the lost game with jinx I entered at minute 2:15 which put me at a disadvantage against my opponent.
