New Effect Targets are slowed by 40/45/50/55/60% for 4 seconds all ranks; stepping on another trap

E: Swipe (Cougar)

New Effect Deals 80% bonus damage to monsters

R: Aspect of the Cougar

Human Form: Gain 10/20/30/40 Armor and Magic Resist

Cougar Form: Gain 30/35/40/45% bonus movement speed for 5 seconds and can move through units

What are you talking about she is still strong and still picked she doesn't need a buff shes at a 52% win rate

Okay, first of all, those R buffs would be way, way too much.

Secondly, Nidalee is not just "sitting" at a 50-52 percent winrate. She's still an incredibly viable, high skill champion with a slightly-above average winrate. She does not need any sort of buffs at all.
