i figured out the balance and the way riot intended

so.....the balance is one team will get 2-4 complete trolls with mmrs that are 200-600 lower than theirs. also the way the mute button really works is to mute all 9 players so no offense can be incurred, now if they had some way to mute troll actions....... also if you ever say the truth or offer constructive tips.....prepare for a ban.
