The whole theme of the most recent patch was "NERF ALL THE THINGS" for the most part, but this is funny.
They're testing out different things, since his mana cost on E was dropped this testing phase.
therefore he got lower manacosts on E and a way better jungleitem for him, so the current pbe changes are still a nice buff to him
they should just remove the channeling time on his ult
