How to make getting Executed an actual consequence....

What if? Every time a jungle camp executed a Champion, that camp got experiance? The way camps normally "level up" as time progresses, what if it were actually possible for something like, Raptor Camp to get Fed And become stronger than they normally would be under normal circumstances for that point in the game?

This could provide many things. For one, being executed as it is isn't really a bad thing, in fact it's actually favorable to get executed by a Tower than say, an enemy Champion (No enemy gold) and when you die to a jungle camp, it feels bad but that's it. You auto recall and buy and try again. But what is Towers got stacking buffs? Each Champion they Execute or kill they get attack speed, or something like every third consecutive tower shot fires an explosive charge with AoE damage?

This could be tactical, such as being executed to your own Jungle camps rather than recall. This way you can get your own camps "fed" and leave them as a discouragement to someone who is counter jungling you, with them not knowing if the camp they are trying to steal is fed or not. Can you imagine? An invading Lee Sin trying to take your Gromp 10 mins in the game but you died to it twice, so it's more like a 18 mins in strength gromp?

You keep dying to the same camp foolishly, continuing to keep trying to take the same camp in the same way would become progressively more difficult. Anyone dying to Drake or Baron Nashor would restore 10% or so of the Epic Monster's health instantly. Making taking it and fighting over it even more difficult. Each Champion executed by Rift Herald adds 1 min to its summon timer? These are just ideas on how to bring elements to the Executed mechanic to make it more impactful on the game. What do you people think?
