Darius Hotfix

The problem with Darius is the problem of identity on abilities. Was his q ever supposed to be used as sustain? I'm pretty sure that was never the core point of his q, but then when they put a good heal on it, they didn't change anything except cast time, but also allowed him to move, pretty much negating any range penalty for cast time. Second, and more important, is that his ult is supposed to reward him for stacking passive... This was already sort of op, but now they made his passive instantly stack if he has been fighting one target in a fight or even gets a kill with his ult, basically no longer very difficult to stack and yet instead of making his ult reward him less, it's now even better streamlined for killing everyone on the enemy team. It just doesn't make sense to give him strengths like that and then make the weaker aspects of his kit weaker; you can nerf strengths and still have them exist... The part I don't get is why there has been no change to any of this so far even thougn it's currently breaking the game.
