Game Client Darius Patch

So when before I logged in I checked the patch notes, NA server mind you. While reading them I took note that changes had been applied to ( main here wooo! ) when I took it to a custom game to check it out I was sad to see they had not actually been applied, is there a problem with this hotfix?
