Can we please bring back the global sound upon Rift Herald's death?

I noticed today that Rift Herald doesn't make that global sound upon her death anymore, which I think is a problem considering how much of an impact it has if not responded to quickly. I missed the message in the chat and hadnt notice Herald until she was already ramming down a tower.
