he is bursty, tanky and out heals fucking Garen. a jungle skarner can out trade top lane of any champion at around level 11ish. this is just insane. idk wth riot is thinking with this fucking shit. like seriously. do you guys even fucking test your code before releasing them? or do you let monkeys do them.
ReshiKillim1 votesPffft. Skarner has no heals built into his kit. Only a shield. You should've seen Release Juggernaut Skarner, he could out trade any champ in his zone by level 2 with no exceptions.

really now? all the skarners i faced in aram always take AT LEAST 1/3 more total damage than the rest. and they wouldn't have more death than others. just today i faced a skarner who got blasted to less than a third health at least 2 times pre level 4 in aram. and the next time he appear he would have 85% health again. its fucking insane. not even garen can heal that fast.
