change shaco's box scaling

hello rioters, me and many other players are doomed to get "ap shacos" on our team which unless absolutely carried is doomed to be a lost. it is worst experience for you than having an afk player on your team most of the time because not only do they do nothing useful at all they usually die A LOT. my suggestion to fix this problem and stop having these "ap shacos"(really trolls) is to change the box scaling to AD and make the scaling lower than it currently is.

ill add a good example of a game that was completely lost because of an "ap shaco" this isn't the only game ive experienced this torture of having one on my team its happened several times but this is just my most recent example. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1784863041/225760672?tab=overview

also i would be interested in knowing the win rate of ap shacos i would imagine it would be around 10%

Don't hate on somebody for their different playstyles man. AP Shaco is perfectly viable. But just because something is viable doesn't mean somebody will play it WELL. You may have only seen AP shacos fail, but I've seen far more AD shacos fail. I once had an AP shaco mid on my team and he completely carried the game and won lane vs an Ahri I think. Most champion are viable either as AD or AP. Just because someone doesn't play the usual way DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY ARE WRONG OR TROLLS. I can't tell you how many sucky ADCs I have carried with AP Caitlyn support. Just because you don't like a build doesn't mean Riot needs to do something about it.

Having a couple builds for a champion isn't always a bad thing -- you can build Mage Fortune, or AP Varus, or almost literally anything Lulu. Just because some people are bad at using a specific build doesn't mean it should be removed. And that's basically what you're asking.

If people are ACTUALLY trolling, do you think they'll care that his boxes don't scale with AP anymore? Trolls will be trolls. You don't change champions/gameplay around them, they'll just troll anyway.

That's right, a Diamond player who plays AP Shaco and wins more than 50% with him. He's got several videos online too if you want to check them out. The build isn't a troll build.

ap shaco and ad shaco are both viable but have very different playstyle's also alot of ap shaco's damage is not in his boxes its in his e which last i checked has a 100% ap ratio on it(tho might be wrong been awhile since ive done ap shaco i personally dont like the playstyle)

What if one box firing was stronger than the others. The most recent box to fire you does like 20% more damage. If they kill this first box next box to target you gets that bonus and so on. That way stacking boxes won't be as strong. Or to make it more code friendly. Any subsequent box damage is nerfed. Unless the first box dies in which case another box takes on this increased DMG This "first box to fire could be like a zyra plant be harder to kill.

Or any boxes that appear whilst the first box is still up are just like they are currently easy to die and do so so damage. If the first box dies the next box to come up will receive this buff. And so on... While this new box is up subsequently activated boxes do less damage. Planting a box starts with zyra HP until it gos invis so long as no other nearby boxes appear.

Or there could be a radius for boxes if a box is inside another box's radius and is activated it won't have zyra plant HP.. Etc There are so many ways to make boxes better. Without being gamebreaking

Except his E scales 1:1 and his ult scale just as hard (might even be harder) making him able to nuke people. Just because you can't push towers doesn't mean you're useless. Last time I checked AP Varus and AP tristana are both viable. Hell, AP trist was so good they had to nerf her scaling when they reworked her

Why not give it duel scaling? No one builds hybrid since it gives about the same damage usually.
