stuck honor level 2 after 250-500 games

so i've been playing since the day the honor system came out ,and i haven't leveled up yet. i've easily put in 250-500 games but yet im still honor 2... i haven't been chat restricted/ban or anything. i basically only play normals solo/duo so i may not get the most honors because i would say the majority of people just honor their premades. i'm not going to lie and say im not toxic at all i do get frustrated some times but i have seen much more toxic people get honor level 3-5. how am i toxic enough to not level up but never get punished? i would like a riot response on this if possible

I'm stuck at honor 3 with the same situation, almost every game getting two honors, most of the time being kind and helpful, but still honor 3. It frustrates really hard but thats how rito wanna reward some people i guess... Or more like tilt...

I think its bugged, i know more friends with the same problem and never got banend or anything.

Yeah the only thing I can think of is you're just borderline toxic to the point where people report you and they're considered valid but not quite punishable. Idk though cuz yeah, why wouldn't you have been punished at all?? Weird man idk

i climbed the honor ladder really fast by playing support and trading roles with people that got auto filled

I got Honor Lvl 5 in 2 days after the new Honor System was introduced. I hated it. Having H5 border made more people troll me for no reason. As if they were testing my Honor or spiteful that I was H5. Lost ALL Honor when I cracked a joke about a comment.

I've been trolling ever since. Honor system completely ruined my experience with this game. Games have become more hostile since the new Honor was introduced, and there's no incentive for someone who plays solo queue to even try being honorable.
