Ekko W while in stasis

I was under the impression that Stasis means you can't queue spells

Yeah, Ekko's W has a short cast time with a long period of wait until it happens. By the time enemies see it animating, it's already been going on for about a quarter of a second.
Ekko W has a delay before enemy can see the animation.
its fast but im pretty sure he did it right before he Zhonya'd
