Why dont riot make Sion W stack armor and magic resist too?

Sion is fine as he is. The only buffs I'd give him is maybe a permanent speed buff while running towards enemy champions while in his death passive.

His Base hp scaling could do with a buff too but not by much.

Champion ratio should be higher unless it includes assists (which I assume that's what you meant). Minion ratio should be 0.05% 20 minions gets you 1% bonus armor/magic resist. EVEN THEN, this idea is cool but would make Sion ridiculously strong if he gets ahead (considering his strong waveclear). He doesn't need it, but it would be neat.

its to help late game since he doesnt do well in that stage

Late game he is the strongest. Due to getting health on his W he can have more Armor/Magic Resist than they enemy tank(s) and still have just as much or more health too.

Death's Dance wouldn't help any of those champs take out Sion more than a Bloodthirster would.

Blade of the Ruined King has a good portion of it's PHYSICAL DAMAGE taken away by those bonus stats

Lord Dominik's Regards do the same thing to him as every other tank/fighter. Except for him it does less because he gets to build more armor than the rest (except Malphite)

Sion's win rate drops by 10% from 25 minutes to 40 minutes, having 600 more health than another tank means nothing when you're taking 1500 DPS in teamfights

His kit's theme seems to be based around health, not resists. A better buff for his W would be to give 3 health per small minion kill instead of 2.

All Sion needs is Zz'rot minion kills counting for his W. That is all. Kinda tired of losing health and gold from adc clearing my lane and not getting health from rot either.

Yeah, but the scaling is low, and requires you to actually waveclear yourself. Which happens less and less later in the game.

So usually you break even with his low base hp for a tank. And if you do come out ahead it's nowhere near relevant to the 800+ crits people are throwing out.
