The design Failure of Veigar's wall

This is a shame riot has forgotten how to balance how hard hitting it is to how strong it is. As I currently see it with a 1.25 sec delay on an reverse AoE stun(only hits the very sides of the AoE) it should be way stronger.

The stun currently reminds me of the Techies stun from Dota 2 where its insanely hard to land but the Techies have one thing on their side: If they land their stun they can STUN the ENTIRE ENEMY TEAM FOR AROUND 5-6 seconds.

Veigar's stun while being as hard right now to land as the Techies only can stun only people on the sides of the AoE for HALF the time the Techies can.

So my suggestion is that his stun if its going to have this long obvious charge up time either has a 20%-40% slow on the channel/duration(aka as its forming and during when its up) or make the stun 3-5 seconds to match how hard it is to land.

I don't want to jump the gun here as I don't know a lot but I believe you are new and as soon as you are no longer new you will never claim veigers' stun is hard to land again=)
