turns out nope still dead in Rift rip my 2nd mid lane main (I guess i am stuck with )

it was just something for urf his last minute of glory. i guess i shouldn't be surprised that Riot would murder sol. with how reluctant they were to release him to begin with and then how he almost got no skin's afterwords.

seriously they should have kept that 4th star change from urf especially if they don't want to keep his w as a toggle.
