I don't care about his execute, I am pissed about Champs that just ignore Lane/Poke and All-Ins. So yes, please kill him off.
Early Tiamat will give him good wave clear like it does for most bruisers. Why do you think most top laners build it first then their core items? He's still a viable laner in other roles you just can't do it without that item anymore.
