hextech chests?
i have literally played 50+ of evelynn since her rework, and i’d say about half of them were S- and above, yet i haven’t earned any sort of chest or anything. what’s the deal?

Only can get a chest on a champion one time for the entire season
According to http://championmasterylookup.derpthemeus.com/ you've already gotten one on her and will have to wait till the next season to gain another as you can only get them once a season per champion.
