low priority queue explanation

hello rioters. i wanted to reach out and explain the reason as to why i got a low priority queue on my account. so this week was the first time i played league in about a month i’d say. i played one game of ARURF on the 23rd, but ended up leaving because i was getting, at max, 3 FPS on my computer i was playing on. at the point that i left in the game, i was 0/8 i believe and i realized that i would be more help if i just left, so i left. i also played another game today, the 28th, and ended up getting disconnected due to file corruption on my client, and waited 15 minutes about until i could reconnect again. i am hoping that maybe you could see past my misfortune and lift my 5 low priority queue’s. thank you for your time.

thoughts and prayers, Lunarti

LeaverBuster is, to my knowledge, entirely automated, and I have never heard of a LeaverBuster penalty being lifted. While file corruption or bad FPS are unfortunate, the simple fact is that there is no way to confirm anything but the fact that you left two games, and that when you DID leave those games it left other players in a bad experience.

I know it's frustrating sometimes when things happen that way, but LeaverBuster is based on the impact your situation has to other players, NOT what your own personal responsibility for it may be.
