So why is tahm kench being nerfed when he already has the second lowest win rate of any champion?

What are these nerfs you speak of?
Well the old ult passive is going down from 2/4/6 % of his hp to a max of 4.5% (3 stacks past level 16) plus the e passive is down to 70 percent of damage taken from 100% so for example even though now at starting you regen 25% of gray health instead of 20%, overall you regen less of the damage taken (25% of 70 is 17.5 from 20% previously). Sure the q damage up and small ult changes are buffs but very minor ones compared to what he is loosing.
