I want some opinions on an idea I had for a zed change

My idea is to take some of the power out of his other abilities and put it into his passive

The reason I have behind this is to add some more risk to zed but a bigger reward, to make him less Reliant on his WEQ combo, and the fact I feel like his passive is so forgettable as it is now.

The total damage would be more then now but zed has to take a bigger risk rather then just chunk someone from a distance.

I don't think zed is a big problem right now but I had this idea for awhile and wanted to hear what others thought. Also please, I want honest opinions but don't go on a rant about how stupid I am

voted bad because if u take the power out his abilities he is nothing, and he already risks a lot to even do what he does so shifting things to his passive is terrible because you wont be able to proc it if you cant burst people down low enough and also shifting the power will make him still do same damage just make the way by which he deals it worse imo
