Amumu's Tears of Molasses

I think Amumu needs some help. Not just with his lack of friends, but with his temper tantrums. Simply, his "W" tears do not have consistent damage output. They are grief-filled waterfalls gushing from his eye sockets for goodness sake not Molasses, dropping once per second. Make his tears reduce some armor, mr, or fear them if they stay in it for too long; SOMETHING more than a speck of damage once per second! His "E" also does nothing but deal damage. Make his "E" grow in radius the more damage he takes or slow movement speed when it hits while his "W" is active. SOMETHING more than reduce cooldown so he can pitifully swing again. I don't know if anyone loves playing Amumu anymore because he's so weak. Could someone hear this and make his tantrums something to be afraid of once again? (Of course, buffing his W and E should result in a nerf in other abilities to balance, but it would be well worth the changes.)
