is riot balancing wrong the game?

i dont remember seasons like season3 or 4 or 5 being like that people are so toxic at all champions are destroying solo queue my old favorite champions and items like fiora kata rengar are destroyed this game is just not the same at all and got full of unbalanced champion like zed getting feed every game i really hope riot will do something league is so boring right now thats why i stopped playing it for a while it just not fun any more at all.i liked more old seasons with no skins but got good gameplay with counterplay and friends to play too that new one with full of skins but the balance is cancer and my old friends have moved to play other games who skilled players wins now i know why at least.
