When exactly do we receive our end of season rewards?

The season has ended last night and I've still not received my rewards (Icon, Border, Victorious Maoki). I know I have to be patient but I'm anxious to know exactly when do we get this stuff. I don't want to log on every few hours just to get my hopes up for nothing.

Even so, dont expect it on dec 4th, usually takes a while, got mine about a week or so late last year

As Riot clearly stated, they will be gradually distributed to players.

If you haven't received them in a month, create a support ticket.
