Better options for going 'afk'

So Riot gives me a leaverbuster (20 minute 5 game queue) for my internet fucking up in the middle of my ranked game. Riot should make an option that says if you actually 'disconnected' or left the game (pressed leave game, exited the client, shut down your pc, etc) just to make it more fair for the people who have bad internet, bad computer issues, or power. It would say _____ has disconnected, or _______ has left the game. Just to notify players what actually happened.
