his ult blast radius was massively buffed, his w does massive damage after 2 seconds, soo

Nah i always played full ap fizz, even in times when he wasn't even viable AP
Fizz isn't viable at all. Every game is 2 tanks and 3 guys stacking lethality. Literally the most boring meta LoL has ever had.
It's actually worst than s3 assasins, or Atmogs.
