Still learning here, can't figure out how to reproduce getting 3 shot at lvl 3

No link involved, I've just been playing on crystal scar and every champ I pick i'm getting 3 shot, and can't seem to do any damage? Things i've tested are HP builds to counter (doesn't work) pure damage builds (runes/masteries both AD and AP and doesn't work) and I've tried building armor/MR which also doesn't seem to work. Now I know I will get a lot of feedback "you're just bad" but na doubt it, i've never gotten a penta kill but several quadras and I do carry a lot. The last note is that this is happening in crystal scar, and both me and my brother have tried reproducing these scenarios that we seem to encounter every match, and are coming up empty handed. Any advice?

Can you give a few more details like which champion is 3-shotting you?

well for starters i do play the squishier champs, but i would think even starting a tank build would stop it from happening examples are as follows

Master Yi - Alpha strikes once near half my hp gone when i'm playing yasuo or irelia, and his move speed is over 390 with no items buffs or boots etc Vayne is another (but this is most likely explained by weaving basic attacks with skill shots?) other Yasuo users (legit QEQ and dead) lee sin (this i'm noticing alot more, AD builds but AP skills are doing tons of dmg)

and these are just a few examples, i do have armor runes on, no MR though and I do have hp mastery to compliment warlods full mastery tree
