bring back upgrade-able trinkets please.

I don't understand why they were removed to begin with, people never upgraded them to begin with except a few people so it's not a matter of unbalance within the community. The trinkets were fine the way they were before, if people didn't want to use the upgraded trinket for vision that's their problem. I'm ok with removing normal green wards but the upgraded trinkets were game changing, and late game we're seeing a lot of people that don't have item space to buy pinks needed to counter eves, vaynes, shacos besides the support which means less counterplay. The trinkets were also only upgrade-able at lvl 9 anyways so by then laning phase is usually over and it wouldn't impact the lane drastically, also an easy smite on razorbeaks and a oracles counters warding key places so why were they removed? it has clear counterplay, and the uses of upgraded trinkets weren't a waste of content within the game, just content only people that valued vision and counterplaying invisability champions took full advantage of.
