How did my team lose this match in 3 minutes? What are all possible ways to lose? (Video included)

I'm admittedly a noob. So this loss was probably was my fault somehow. I always play ARAM and am unfamiliar with a lot of the mechanics of the game still (apparently). I thought the only ways to lose a match were if (1) Your team surrendered or (2) The opposing team destroyed your nexus.

Neither of those things happened in this match. So how did we lose? I expected hysteria in the chat after the match, with everyone asking what happened, but the only explanation I could glean from my fellow players was being called a "noob team" :(

I googled "what are the possible ways to lose a match in League of Legends" but just got a bunch of tips and hints on how to NOT lose (which would probably be more beneficial to a noob like myself, but regardless...)

It's called a "remake".

Blue team had an afk MF who never connected in, (with the pre-requisite of afk at the beginning of the match) their team can do an early surrender vote within I think 3 min or something that ends this match (the surrender vote is just like any other surrender vote. If the surrender vote passes, the match is 'remade' and ends with nexus of the team that passes the remake surrender exploding) (the chatbox will also display and notify you of information regarding remake every time a match is launched with afk players from the start, and warn you if the deadline for remake is about to pass). Your match history should label this match as "Remake", it counts neither win or loss.

You probably did not pay attention to the remake voting during the match, it shows up as any other surrender vote to the right side of the screen. Given your team only had 4 players connected, only 3 Yes votes were needed to pass the remake, so you probably missed it and the others on the team passed it.
