See chat logs even that were hidden from /ignore all?

Also, will the chat logs reflect verbatim what I saw in-game? More specifically, I'm trying to take a peek at toxic comments that were made about me after I did /ignore all. Will the chat logs show the chat entries that I didn't see after issuing /ignore all, or will I only see exactly what I saw in-game? If it only gives me logs of exactly what chat activity I saw in-game, would it help to elevate my account data request to a human, or is it simply impossible to see chat history after an /ignore all?
P.S. Why does a bot retrieving my data take 30 whole days??
