What if Brand were able to buy a special item from the store:
World Rune Replica: 100 gold
Functions like a control ward. Does not count towards ward limits, but can have only one out on the field at a time. Has 2x the placement range of normal wards.
When struck by two (not three) of Brand’s abilities, will do his passive explosion and be destroyed.
This item would make Brand possibly playable at high ranks while being hard for low rank Brands to use.

Because he's purely a damage bot that provides little to no utility and sucks against coordinated teams that don't let his R bounce.
Which this item wouldn't fix at all because no pro team would willingly stand near it long enough for Brand to combo it.

So, what, you'd put this rune down and then throw spells at it? While the enemy team just... walks away from the obvious rune you put down before it detonates? Also, I'm pretty sure that putting it down at double the normal warding range would put it outside of Brand's casting range anyway, so you'd have to walk up to it and hope they don't destroy it before you can land 2 spells on it.
Unless you have an ally lock down your enemies, at which point you could just throw your spells at THEM rather than the rune and achieve the same result.
Like, what is the actual plan here that won't be instantly thwarted by any team with half a brain?

And what do you really know about playing Brand support anyways? You played him once earlier this month in a remake, and only four times before that. One of those was an ARURF, and two of them were mid lane. Your only Brand support match was back in May and you didn't even do that well.

Anything cheesy like a Brand support is never going to see pro play because they're pro. Their enemy isn't going to fall for it.
