QUESTIONS: Warding and Jungle Meta

Hi guys, I have a serious gameplay questions because I'm having a hard time understanding the "scuttle meta." I am a proud Fiddlesticks main, and It's increasingly harder to compete against Junglers that have an easier/faster early game (Warwick, Xin Zhao, etc.). With Fiddlesticks, I've managed to compete pretty well on jungle creeping, but I don't feel like I can reach level six until 10-12 minutes into the game. By then I can hardly buy any real damage items, and it takes me another 15 minutes just to become useful if I am unable to get myself fed. I normally start the early game with 1/0/1 or 0/0/2 respectively, but it's not enough of a jump start my competitive play.

My next question is asking about why do people in high tier silver lack ward discipline? I'm either barely below or light years ahead of my support in warding, and I don't even own a sightstone. If you look at the majority of my games, I'm up there in warding. It just isn't enough though. Does anyone know how I can encourage my team to place down more wards?

Its 2018 no one wards. Especially in the scuttle meta. If a lane wants to know where the enemy jungle and mid are they just have to look where scuttle is spawning.

  1. its not scuttle meta they changed the map name from Summoners rift to Scuttle crab rift.

I have noticed in my games as well people just don't ward a lot hence why we get people on here complaining about level 3 ganks so much. Ward more get ganked less. Seems they don't want to ward, get ganked then complain about the person (mostly Jungle) who ganked them saying Oh nerf this or that champion etc etc etc.
