Uptick in bot accounts in ARAM?

I've noticed a ton of bot accounts in ARAM today. I just started playing again after playing ARURF and Nexus Blitz, so it's been a few months since I've played Howling Abyss regularly.

I noticed first earlier today when I kept asking my team what they were doing, noticing really strange behavior that was beyond someone who didn't know how to play. It was hard to pick up at first because they were getting kills, but the behaviors were clumping together in groups, diving, spamming skills while far away from literally anything. Building items in the same exact order, etc. No reaction to comments in chat or pings in game. It reminded me almost of a multi-boxer.

My last game tonight (screenshot attached) there were at least 3 on each team. You can kind of see the patterns in the names and item builds. (Bottom 3 in top team, top 3 in bottom game).

Anybody else notice this? I've been reporting along but I don't want to get my own account flag for abusing the report button.
