Well for right now I see Shyv as very strong because of her ability to build high health and real damage with spellblade but more because her early ability to take dragon which can seriously affect a match early she can just run up with a sup that can shield or heal and take drag lvl 3 or 4 which depending on which drag can really help everyone I don't think she needs a nerf it's just a small complaint

I'm not convinced that level 3 or 4 drag is ever a good play on any champion.
Even assuming your opponents don't ward it, don't gank in that time to create a pressure deficit, and don't counterjungle you, you're still basically giving up your entire early game in the hopes of scaling slightly better.
The sheer amount of gold and xp you lose from doing dragon (instead of clearing the jungle, which also takes less hp so you don't have to back as soon, and then you buy more items and are stronger and can clear even more after) is just ridiculous, and an early infernal or mountain drake is just basically useless MAYBE ocean or wind drake is worth SOMETHING in laning phase.
It's just such a bad deal.
