Ranked 3's Time Restriction

With the re-introduction of ranked 5's and the time limit added, it seems that time restriction has carried over to ranked 3's. Now I know not that many people play 3v3, but I really enjoy it. The problem is that draft mode is only available in ranked (and I would prefer to get bans). I would appreciate either adding a normal draft for 3v3, or possibly just removing the time restraints on ranked 3's.
