3v3 Lobby is Broken

Right now, the lobby for Ranked 3's only works half the time. Occasionally I am unable to see the members of my ranked team when sending invites, then when I back out I am already in a lobby with them, but cannot start the game. This has happening for the last few patches. The only solution is to log out, and then back in after every single game, but sometimes even this doesn't work.
