7 played or so, 6 loss 1 win today ranked (Plat 4) ...Took breaks inbetween to refresh my body and mind, tried my best, just couldnt seem to win as enemy teams got ahead and had better teamfights as we had the opposite. From promos to p3 a while ago to 0 lp p4 ...I noticed the 'average mmr" for plat 4 went down by a full hundred or so based on op.gg, as my mmr went down alot too today. Is something going on with matchmaking or sometin?

I've been tracking my ranked game history, which is fairly similar to what would be expected of brownian motion. The win/loss streaks appear to be distributed like they should, except for several long losing streaks which are out of place. https://s6.postimg.org/40id2dosx/streaks.png The expected arrangement of streaks for a set of N games is that there should be N/2 streaks of length 1, N/4 of length 2, N/8 of length 3 and so on.
The average LP awarded/taken over the course of the 73 ranked matches I've played thus far are almost exactly the win/loss ratio, which is a stationary position rather than a climb or dive. With a win-rate of 1/3 matches, the LP awards have been 2/3 given for victories and 1/3 taken from losses.
