A Tiny Buff for our Big Master of Metal

So, Mordekaiser is an awesome champion, he looks awesome, the way his abilities work is awesome, I love it all. Mordekaiser is easily one of my favorite champions, and though I'm not the best with him, I really enjoy PLAYING him. However I'm pretty sure everyone can agree that he has plent of issues right now, and doing well as him can be pretty difficult due to his many weaknesses.

I'm sure plenty of Morde players know how it feels when you throw your ult on someone, and they just casually pop a potion and walk away from you, heal off all the ult damage, then just walk back, fine and dandy. For the miniscule price of 35 gold they have completely negated your level 1 ult in the early game. It's kinda sad when your ult is countered by 35 gold in the early game.

So, a simple buff that could be given to him that I think wouldn't make him overpowered, and wouldn't really be too heavy of a buff, would be to give his Ult healing reduction, let his ult cause Greivous Wounds, to cut down healing. This would make it so that popping a potion when he ults you early game won't just pretty much nullify the damage, and it would help Mordekaiser do his job better, focusing his primary target, the ADC. This would cut down on their life-stealing, and would also help Mordekaiser fight certain champs like Swain, or Mundo, who would easily heal off his ult without a second thought.

What do other people think? I feel that Mordekaiser does need some small buffs to help him out, and I think this would be a simple one putting power into his ult, without making him overbearing.

I'm very confused as to why someone downvoted this, but didn't even bother to comment. If you don't like the idea I'd at least like to hear the reason why. Just seems like a waste of time to downvote an idea for something without even saying what the issue you have with it is.

Then again, this is the internet I guess.
