a lil qol change to shen

so i decided to play shen this morning and check his numbers on his abilities and stuff so i check his energy and the cost of his abilities and i realized something.it would be the same thing if you halved it and since the other energy users start off with 200 energy why not give shen 200 energy and half his costs like seriously.

shen's energy pool 400 --> 200

twilight assault 140/130/120/110/100 --> 70/65/60/55/50

spirit's refuge 40 --> 20 (ok this wont do much but going with the theme)

shadow dash 180 --> 90

i personally think that this will just make shen's energy costs just like the others instead of exaggerated

They increased it to make his passive energy regen less useful

Takes 20 seconds for a normal energy champ to regen, but 40 for Shen, making him more reliant on landing abilities to regen instead

Also energy runes, if anyone used those anymore. Halfing all the costs would make energy regen/flat energy better/worse on him.

Could screw someone over if they bought a specific set of energy runes just for new Shen.

They increased the energy pool and costs on purpose, in order to make Shen's engages more meaningful. He can't just sit back for a few seconds and then engage all over again, he actually has to wait a while

His neediest QOL change is to fix the hit box on his taunt. I can slide right trough other champs and unless we go nose to nose. giving Eskimo kisses, the taunt fails much of the time...
