I keep telling people this but nobody ever believes me. Everybody is always like, oh no, Blitzcrank/thresh pulls so i cant attack. Morgana is a really strong champ, plus she has spell vamp and the longest snare in the game. Morgana support is OP as all hell

Scroll to near bottom, "Support Champions that Counter Thresh". I set matches required to 1000, but even for 10000 Morgana is not #1, but is generally a top counter pick.

Generally, anyone that can counter the burst of a good hook, or safely poke him down so that he's on the back foot and is afraid to harass will counter him. Morgana does both these things, but doesn't do it the best.

I'd say Morgana, Janna or Soraka, the last one really depends in not getting hooked herself, though.
