The Names of Summoner Icons?

Why aren't the names of acquired summoner icons visible in the selections? To me personally knowing what my icons are called is very important because it adds meaning to what I want other people to see at a given time when they look at my profile. Of course we can see the names in store but other than that I pretty much have to look up online, which sucks because sometimes I waste 3-15minutes of my life just to know a title of an icon. I mean it would be really nice to just hover the mouse over an icon in the icon selection and see what the icon is called that's all.
