So yeah ranked is down now what?

Really I don't care for ranked I play ARAM but yeah what do you do when ranked is down?

Also I would like to know why it is so I have a reason to go and play thru Metro 2033 again. Was it the same bug that hit Fiora but its not just localized to only one its an all around like when they found the one with Riven and it turned out to be everyone?
